Guilty Pleasures had a little work done over the last year and our artfully lifted event will be held this year at Teatro Zinzanni's new location—a perfect setting for Book-It’s own naughty but oh-so-delightful adaptations of the books you’ll never admit you read.
Host Malistaire Schnook (okay, it's really Eric Ray Anderson, but don't tell anyone!) will again walk us through the evening’s off-color array of events, and the Black Velvet Band will help get you shaken and stirred.
One of our little "augmentations" for 2008, is the addition of a quickie auction of satisfyingly delectable items featuring the pocket-emptying talents of auctioneer David Silverman. (Stay tuned for a list of our fabulous items.)
So here is our truly decent proposal: there is just one basic ticket price—$175—and we think you’ll agree it’s a steal of a deal. This all-inclusive ticket will cover pre-dinner cocktails, seated Tom Douglas-crafted dinner (select from Lamb, Salmon, or Pumpkin Ravioli) & dessert with wine, and a special little gift to take home.
