The P.S. Artist’s Circle is inspired by and named in honor of a long-time actor friend of Book-It, and of many of you, too, Ms Pat Sibley (P.S.) because every year Pat sends us a $10.00 contribution. She told us, “I know my $10 isn’t going to build a costume or pay for a new sound system, but it can mail some letters or buy a ream of paper. I know that every little bit helps, and I am so happy to do it.”

We’ve launched this new giving circle for working artists on the brink of our 20th Anniversary celebration. For nearly 20 years Book-It has been an artists’ advocate and supporter. We have made it part of our organizational philosophy to cast from our local pool of actors and do our best to pay a fair wage. The company is proud to know that many of our community of artists were given opportunities and mentoring at Book-It, enabling them to gain experience and move on to other companies and other work with confidence. Now we have asked the artists who have worked at Book-It to support us with a small, but much valued $10 gift as we kick off our spring fundraising campaign.
